Booking Conditions

We look forward to welcoming you to Camp Creek Inn. To help you make the most of your stay, we've outlined our booking conditions, cancellation policies, check-in and check-out information, and other important resort guidelines below. Reviewing these details before your arrival will help ensure a seamless experience from the moment you book until the time you depart.

Booking Conditions

Check-In

Check-in begins at 4 pm CT. Camp Creek Inn associates are available to assist you 24/7 for your convenience when you arrive at 684 Fazio Drive, Inlet Beach, FL 32461.

 

Check Out

Guests may check out anytime prior to 11 am CT on the day of departure.

 

Rates

All rates and policies are based on those occupying the room only, along with the benefits of the rate, such as outlined within the resort fee. Rates are subject to applicable taxes. Packages do not include alcohol and gratuity. Any unused portion of a package is non-refundable.

 

Guarantee/Cancellation Policies

Standard Rate Guarantee/Cancellation Policy

A valid credit card is required to guarantee the reservation. We require a 7-day advance notice of cancellation. A deposit equivalent to one night’s room rate, plus applicable taxes and fees, will be processed 7 days prior to arrival. If the reservation is cancelled within 7 days of arrival this charge will be forfeited. For reservations made within 7 days of arrival, the same deposit will be charged at the time of booking and is refundable only if cancelled within 24 hours. Reduction in room nights or a change of dates must be made 7 days prior to arrival or the guest forfeits the amount of any unused nights. Any reduction in room nights or change of dates must follow any existing minimum length of stay requirements in effect for the dates of stay at the time the change is made. There are no refunds for early departures. Early departures are not permitted, or full payment of any unused nights will be forfeited.

Group Block Guarantee/Cancellation Policy

If staying as part of a group block the deposit and cancellation policies outlined in your group contract will apply. Please refer to your group contract for details, as group policies may differ from standard reservation terms.

Guarantee/Cancellation Policies for Special Rates, Offers & Promotions

Camp Creek Inn may offer special rates, offers, or promotions that require policies that differ from our standard rate policies. Those terms are listed below.

  • Non-Refundable Rate Policy Full payment is required at the time of booking your reservation and is non-refundable if canceled at any time. Transfers, date changes, and early departures are prohibited, or full payment is forfeited.

  • Last Minute Escapes by Preferred Resorts & Hotels (MKTFLASH) Guarantee Policy: We require a credit card deposit equal to 1 night plus tax and resort fee at the time of booking. Reduction in room nights, a change of dates, or early departures are not permitted or full payment of unused nights will be forfeited. Cancellation Policy: This reservation is non-refundable. The total of the stay will be charged if cancelled at any time.

 

Resort Amenity Fee

Please be advised that in addition to your room rate, there will be a resort amenity fee of $55 + tax per day. This fee includes access to Watersound Club® amenities, located onsite, which include our state-of-the-art wellness center with sauna and steam rooms, access to fitness classes and personal training at special booking rates, three pools, a hot tub, as well as our tennis courts and pickleball courts at special booking rates; access to the private Watersound Beach Club® amenities, located offsite, which includes towel service, daily beach chairs and umbrellas, and use of the 2 pools; and access to three private golf courses: Shark’s Tooth, The Third, and Camp Creek® Golf Course (green fees apply).

 

Parking

Complimentary valet and self-parking are available for registered Camp Creek Inn guests. To help ensure convenient parking for all guests, each reservation is limited to one (1) standard passenger vehicle.

 

The following are not permitted on property at any time (daytime or overnight):

  • Recreational vehicles (RVs) and motorhomes
  • Travel trailers and campers
  • Boat, jet ski, utility, or enclosed trailers
  • U-Haul trucks and trailers or similar moving vehicles
  • Oversized commercial vehicles

Vehicles or trailers that occupy multiple parking spaces or otherwise interfere with guest parking may be required to leave the property at the discretion of management. If you have questions about parking, please contact the Camp Creek Inn team for assistance prior to your arrival by calling (850) 231-7600.

 

Age Requirements

No reservations will be made to individuals under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to forfeiture of advance deposit. Further, the party will either not be permitted to check in or will be asked to vacate the property.

 

Baby Crib Rentals

A limited number of Pack 'N Play® playards are available to rent on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that any applicable fees for Pack 'N Play® rentals will be applied manually after your reservation is received, which may result in a processing delay of approximately one (1) business day.

 

Pets

Pets are prohibited at Camp Creek Inn with the exception of licensed service dogs. Failure to follow pet policies will result in a minimum $250 charge for additional housekeeping and/or damages. Pets are not to be left unattended in the room at any time and must be on a leash while in public areas. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets in all outdoor areas. 

 

Smoking

Smoking is prohibited in Camp Creek Inn. Failure to follow the smoking policy will result in a minimum $250 charge for additional housekeeping and/or damages.

Dress Code

Camp Creek Inn maintains a refined, family-friendly environment where guests are expected to dress appropriately for each activity. Attire should always be neat, clean, and in keeping with the standards of a private club. When uncertain, a member of our professional staff would be happy to assist you.

 

 

Watersound Club Swim Attire Guidelines

Swimwear

  • Camp Creek Pools, Watersound Beach Club Pools & Beach
    • All swimmers must wear bona fide swimming attire that is appropriate for a family friendly environment.
    • Cut-offs, men’s and women’s thong swimsuits, and men’s brief, tight swimming trunks and other clothing items as directed by the Club Operator from time to time are not considered bona fide appropriate swimwear.
    • Proper non-swim attire is required at all times when outside of the swimming pool and beach areas. Shoes or other foot coverings and caftans, cover-ups, or shirts must be worn outside the swimming pool and beach areas.
  • Camp Creek Waterslide 
    • No metal zippers, rivets, or jewelry. 

 

Golf Courses and Practice Facilities

  • Gentlemen
    • Collared or mock-neck shirts with sleeves; golf slacks or golf shorts (approx. ≤4" above knee).
  • Ladies
    • Golf shirts; golf dresses, skirts/skorts, slacks, or golf shorts (approx. ≤4" above knee).
  • Shoes
    • Soft-spike or spikeless golf shoes.
  • Not permitted
    • Denim, T-shirts/tank tops, cut-offs, sweatpants, gym shorts, swimwear.

 

Tennis and Pickleball

  • Gentlemen
    • Collared shirts, athletic tops, pants, and shorts designed specifically for racquet sports.
  • Ladies
    • Tennis dresses, skirts, shorts, and athletic tops designed specifically for racquet sports.
  • Shoes
    • Non-marking court shoes.
  • Not permitted
    • Graphic T-shirts/undershirts, denim, cut-offs, swimwear, street shoes, sandals.

 

Wellness Center

  • Required
    • Athletic tops and bottoms (e.g., tees, tanks, leggings, gym shorts, sweats); closed-toe athletic shoes.
  • Not permitted
    • Swimwear, denim, flip-flops/sandals, spiked golf shoes, overly revealing or unsafe attire.

 

Clubhouses and Dining Venues

  • Daytime (before 4 PM)
    • Smart resort casual (collared shirts or polished tops; shorts, skirts/skorts, dresses, or slacks).
    • Hats worn indoors during the daytime must be worn forward facing at all times.
  • Evening (after 4 PM)
    • Elevated resort casual (collared shirts or refined tops; slacks or dress shorts/skirts; casual dresses).
    • Baseball caps, visors, and other athletic headwear is not permitted inside the clubhouses or dining venues in the evening.
  • Not permitted indoors at any time
    • Swimwear, cover-ups as primary attire, torn or excessively distressed clothing, offensive graphics.

Club & Resort Policies

As Members for a Stay, Camp Creek Inn guests must adhere to the following Watersound Club® Membership Rules & Regulations at all times when present at any on-site amenities or other Watersound Club facilities.

General Conduct & Courtesy

  1. Be respectful of other guests and Members at all times; loud or offensive language isn’t permitted.
  2. Follow staff instructions; certain areas or amenities may close temporarily for maintenance, events, or weather.
  3. Comply with all posted signs and local laws (especially for alcohol service and beach safety).
  4. Outside food & beverages and private coolers are not permitted anywhere on Club facilities.
  5. Smoking/vaping only in designated areas.
  6. Phones and devices: set to silent; use headphones for audio.
  7. Pets are not permitted, except approved service animals and only where allowed.
  8. Firearms, fireworks, and drones are not permitted on Club property.
  9. Please drive cautiously and park only in designated spaces.
  10. Adults are responsible for the conduct and safety of the minors in their care.
  11. Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times across all venues.
  12. All guests must follow all dress codes and etiquette standards listed below.

Golf

Etiquette & Pace of Play

  1. Begin on #1 tee unless directed by golf staff; no cutting in or practicing on the course.
  2. Keep pace—an 18-hole round should finish in ~4 hours 20 minutes. Allow faster groups to play through when asked.
  3. Repair ball marks, rake bunkers, and fill divots with sand.
  4. Obey all “course closed” or “cart path only” notices and evacuate if lightning is indicated.

Attire (mandatory)

  • Men
    • Collared or mock-neck shirts with sleeves; golf slacks or golf shorts no more than ~4" above the knee.
    • Not allowed: tank tops, T-shirts, denim, cut-offs, gym shorts, sweatpants, swimwear.
  • Women
    • Golf shirts; dresses, skirts, skorts, slacks, or golf shorts no more than ~4" above the knee.
    • Not allowed: halter tops, tank tops, T-shirts, denim, cut-offs, sweatpants, swimwear.
  • Footwear
    • Soft-spike or spikeless golf shoes required.

Carts & Coolers

  1. Follow cart-path rules and signage; never drive through hazards or near tees/greens.
  2. Drivers must be 16+ with a valid license/permit (learners must be with an adult).
  3. Max two riders and two bags per cart.
  4. No outside coolers; Club-supplied coolers only.

Practice Facilities

  1. Use practice balls only on the range or designated areas.
  2. Proper golf attire required on the range and practice greens.

Tennis & Pickleball

  1. Court reservations may be required; check in at the racquet center pro shop when open.
  2. Play is generally limited to 75 minutes for singles and 90 minutes for doubles when others are waiting.
  3. Proper tennis/pickleball attire and court shoes required.
  4. Not allowed: graphic T-shirts, undershirts, cut-offs, denim, swimwear.
  5. No glass on or near courts; no skateboards, bikes, or similar items on courts.
  6. Maintain good etiquette—no racquet/paddle throwing, profanity, or excessive noise.

Pools, Waterslide, Cabanas 

General Pool Rules

  1. Swim at your own risk and only during posted hours; pools may close for weather or maintenance.
  2. Shower before entering pools.
  3. Children 12 and under must be actively supervised by an adult; non-swimmers must remain within arm’s reach.
  4. Only snug, waterproof swim diapers are permitted for children who are not toilet trained.
  5. No glass, outside food & beverage, or coolers in pool areas. Poolside food and beverage service is available from Bark ‘N Brine.
  6. Family-friendly swimwear is required; cover-ups and shoes are required outside pool areas.
  7. Use headphones for any audio; no speakers.
  8. No running, rough play, diving, or throwing objects.
  9. Reserve chairs only while present; items may be removed after 30 minutes of absence.
  10. Lazy river: inner tubes are required; other flotation devices and most toys are not permitted.

Waterslide

  1. Operates only when an attendant is present; may close for safety/maintenance.
  2. Riders must be at least 48" tall, able to swim, and under 300 lbs.
  3. One rider at a time; feet-first, on your back, arms crossed.
  4. Proper swimwear only—no metal rivets, zippers, or jewelry. No tubes, mats, or life jackets on the slide.

Adult Lap Pool & Cabanas

  1. Adult lap pool is for ages 21+; 30-minute limit per lane when others are waiting.
  2. Cabanas (21+) are reservable in set time blocks; maintain a quiet environment and use headphones only.
  3. No outside food & beverage or coolers in cabanas.

Wellness Center

  1. Use at your own risk; follow posted instructions and staff guidance.
  2. Proper workout attire and closed-toe athletic shoes required; no swimwear, denim, flip-flops, or spiked golf shoes.
  3. Bring only water/sports drinks in non-spill containers; no food, smoking, or alcohol.
  4. Wipe down equipment after use and return weights to racks.
  5. 30-minute limit on cardio machines when others are waiting.
  6. Keep phones on silent; take calls briefly and away from others if possible.
  7. Minors:
    1. 15–17 may use facilities unsupervised only if they’ve completed the Junior Fitness Certification (JFC).
    2. 12–14 may use facilities with a parent/guardian or Club-approved trainer after JFC.
    3. 11 and under may not use the Wellness Center (except under direct instruction by a Club-approved trainer).

Private Beach

  1. Swim at your own risk; no lifeguards on duty. Obey beach flag warnings and local ordinances.
  2. Family-friendly swimwear is required; cover-ups and shoes are required outside pool areas.
  3. Stay off dunes and do not disturb dune vegetation or wildlife; this is strictly enforced.
  4. No glass on the beach; pack out all trash.
  5. No campfires, camping, or removal of beach sand.
  6. Tents/shelters may be limited by local ordinance; fully enclosed tents are not allowed.
  7. Dogs on the beach are strictly regulated by county permit and hours; service animals excepted.
  8. Keep audio at a level that cannot be heard 100 feet away; use headphones when possible.

Food & Beverage

  1. All food & beverage consumed at Club venues must be purchased on property (no outside catering, food, or drinks).
  2. Gratuity may be automatically added to checks per Club policy.

Safety, Property & Liability

  1. Use all facilities, equipment, and golf carts at your own risk.
  2. Report accidents or unsafe conditions to staff immediately.
  3. Please treat Club property with care; costs for damage may be charged to the responsible guest.

Changes to Policies

Guidelines may be updated or waived for certain events or at the Club Operator’s discretion. Always follow posted rules and staff direction.

Photography & Videography Policy

Watersound Club management is committed to protecting the privacy, comfort, safety, and experience of our Members, hotel guests, and invited guests. Photography and videography are welcome for personal use in many areas; however, professional, commercial, promotional, and staged photography or videography require advance written approval.

 

This policy applies to all Watersound Club facilities and amenities, including but not limited to Camp Creek Inn and associated amenities, Camp Creek Golf Course, The Third Golf Course, Shark’s Tooth Golf Course and Clubhouse amenities, Watersound Beach Club amenities, dining venues, pools, golf practice and instruction facilities, racquet facilities, wellness and fitness facilities, event spaces, and other private Club facilities and recreational areas.

 

Personal Photography & Videography

Watersound Club Members, registered hotel guests, and invited guests are welcome to capture photographs and videos for personal, non-commercial use while enjoying facilities they are authorized to access.

 

Personal photography and videography must:

  • Be conducted discreetly and without disrupting the experience of other Members or guests.
  • Be limited to areas the individual is otherwise authorized to access.
  • Respect the privacy of other Members, hotel guests, employees, and visitors.
  • Avoid intentionally photographing or recording individuals who have not consented to being included.
  • Not interfere with normal operations, pedestrian traffic, recreational activities, dining service, golf play, or the use of Club facilities.
  • Be captured primarily with handheld personal devices or cameras and without staging or equipment that may obstruct or disrupt an area.

Photography or videography is prohibited in areas where individuals have a heightened expectation of privacy, including locker rooms, changing areas, restrooms, saunas, steam rooms, and similar facilities.

 

The use of tripods, monopods, freestanding lighting, large reflectors, backdrops, extensive photography equipment, or other equipment that may obstruct walkways or interfere with normal operations is not permitted without prior approval.

Commercial Photography & Videography

Professional or commercial photography and videography are not permitted at Watersound Club facilities without advance written authorization from the Watersound Club marketing team.

 

Commercial use includes, but is not limited to:

  • Advertising and marketing photography or videography
  • Fashion, product, catalog, or lifestyle shoots
  • Real estate photography or videography
  • Brand or corporate content
  • Professional portrait, family, engagement, graduation, or similar photography sessions
  • Social media influencer or content creator shoots conducted for promotional, sponsored, or commercial purposes
  • Stock photography or videography
  • Film, television, documentary, or other production work
  • Content intended to advertise or promote a third-party business, product, service, organization, or destination

Hiring a professional photographer or videographer does not grant that individual access to Watersound Club facilities. Both the shoot and any required property access must be approved in advance.

 

Unauthorized professional photographers, videographers, production crews, or other commercial content creators may be asked to discontinue photography or videography immediately and may be required to leave the property.

Media, Content Creators & Promotional Partnerships

Members of the media, professional content creators, influencers, production companies, and other individuals or organizations interested in photographing or filming Watersound Club facilities for editorial or promotional purposes must submit a request to the Watersound Club marketing team in advance.

 

Approval may be subject to specific requirements regarding:

  • Dates, times, and approved locations
  • Property and amenity access
  • Photography or filming equipment
  • Crew size
  • Member and guest privacy
  • Staff involvement
  • Brand representation
  • Use of Watersound Club names, trademarks, logos, and other brand assets
  • Review or approval of final content
  • Insurance or other documentation, when applicable
Media Request Form

Approval of one photography or videography request does not constitute ongoing permission to photograph, film, or access Watersound Club facilities for future projects.

Weddings, Meetings & Private Events

Professional photography and videography associated with an approved wedding, meeting, tournament, private event, or other contracted function may be permitted as part of the event agreement.

 

Photography and videography must remain within approved locations and event parameters. Photographers, videographers, and production personnel may be required to provide their names and contact information in advance and may be required to wear credentials or otherwise identify themselves while working onsite.

 

Contracted access to an event venue does not automatically provide access to other Watersound Club facilities or amenities for photography or videography.

Golf Course Photography & Videography

For the safety of golfers and to protect the pace and integrity of play, professional or staged photography and videography on Watersound Club golf courses, practice facilities, or golf instruction areas require advance approval.

 

Personal photography during a round is permitted provided it does not delay play, interfere with other golfers, enter restricted or maintenance areas, or create an unsafe condition.

 

Photography or filming crews may not enter golf course areas solely for the purpose of capturing content unless specifically authorized.

Drone Photography & Videography

The launching, landing, or operation of drones or other unmanned aircraft from, on, or over Watersound Club facilities is prohibited unless specifically approved in writing in advance.

 

Approved drone operations may require proof of appropriate FAA certification, insurance, permits, and other documentation. Flight locations, dates, times, and intended footage must be approved in advance.

 

Drone operations may not interfere with Club operations or compromise the safety or privacy of Members, hotel guests, employees, or surrounding properties.

 

Watersound Club management reserves the right to restrict or terminate drone operations at any time.

Privacy of Members & Guests

Protecting the privacy of Watersound Club Members and hotel guests is a priority.

 

Photography or videography may not focus on, follow, interview, record, or otherwise feature another Member or guest without that individual's permission. Professional and commercial shoots must be planned to minimize the inclusion of individuals who are not participating in the production.

 

Watersound Club management may restrict photography or filming in any location or during any activity when necessary to preserve privacy, safety, exclusivity, or the overall Member and guest experience.

Brand & Property Usage

Permission to photograph or film at a Watersound Club facility does not automatically grant permission to use Watersound Club names, trademarks, logos, signage, branded merchandise, proprietary imagery, or other intellectual property for commercial or promotional purposes.

 

Images or footage of Watersound Club facilities may not be used in a manner that implies an endorsement, sponsorship, affiliation, or partnership with the Club or its affiliated companies without prior written authorization.

 

Commercial use, licensing, sale, distribution, or reproduction of photography or videography depicting Watersound Club facilities may require separate written approval.

Right to Restrict Photography & Videography

The Club reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to prohibit, restrict, suspend, or terminate photography or videography at any time and in any location.

 

Individuals who fail to comply with this policy or instructions from Watersound Club staff may be asked to discontinue photography or videography, remove equipment, or leave the property. Additional Club rules or disciplinary procedures may apply to Members when appropriate.

 

Approval of photography or videography does not supersede Watersound Club access policies, Member rules, hotel policies, event agreements, safety requirements, or other property-specific restrictions.

Photography & Videography Requests

For professional, commercial, event, or other photography and videography requests, please contact the Watersound Club marketing team in advance using the form linked below.

 

Requests should include the proposed date and time, requested location(s), purpose of the shoot, intended use of the imagery or footage, number of participants or crew members, equipment to be used, and any other relevant production details.

 

Advance approval is required before arriving onsite for professional or commercial photography or videography.
