Booking Conditions

Check-In

Check-in begins at 4 pm CT. Camp Creek Inn associates are available to assist you 24/7 for your convenience when you arrive at 684 Fazio Drive, Inlet Beach, FL 32461.

 

Check Out

Guests may check out anytime prior to 11 am CT on the day of departure.

 

Rates

All rates and policies are based on those occupying the room only, along with the benefits of the rate, such as outlined within the resort fee. Rates are subject to applicable taxes. Packages do not include alcohol and gratuity. Any unused portion of a package is non-refundable.

 

Guarantee/Cancellation Policies

Standard Rate Guarantee/Cancellation Policy

A valid credit card is required to guarantee the reservation. We require a 7-day advance notice of cancellation. A deposit equivalent to one night’s room rate, plus applicable taxes and fees, will be processed 7 days prior to arrival. If the reservation is cancelled within 7 days of arrival this charge will be forfeited. For reservations made within 7 days of arrival, the same deposit will be charged at the time of booking and is refundable only if cancelled within 24 hours. Reduction in room nights or a change of dates must be made 7 days prior to arrival or the guest forfeits the amount of any unused nights. Any reduction in room nights or change of dates must follow any existing minimum length of stay requirements in effect for the dates of stay at the time the change is made.

 

There are no refunds for early departures. Early departures are not permitted, or full payment of any unused nights will be forfeited.

 

Group Block Guarantee/Cancellation Policy

If staying as part of a group block the deposit and cancellation policies outlined in your group contract will apply. Please refer to your group contract for details, as group policies may differ from standard reservation terms.

 

Guarantee/Cancellation Policies for Special Rates, Offers & Promotions

Camp Creek Inn may offer special rates, offers, or promotions that require policies that differ from our standard rate policies. Those terms are listed below.

  • Non-Refundable Rate Policy
    Full payment is required at the time of booking your reservation and is non-refundable if canceled at any time. Transfers, date changes, and early departures are prohibited, or full payment is forfeited.

  • Last Minute Escapes by Preferred Resorts & Hotels (MKTFLASH)
    Guarantee Policy: We require a credit card deposit equal to 1 night plus tax and resort fee at the time of booking. Reduction in room nights, a change of dates, or early departures are not permitted or full payment of unused nights will be forfeited.
    Cancellation Policy: This reservation is non-refundable. The total of the stay will be charged if cancelled at any time.

 

Resort Amenity Fee

Please be advised that in addition to your room rate, there will be a resort amenity fee of $55 + tax per day. This fee includes access to Watersound Club® amenities, located onsite, which include our state-of-the-art wellness center with sauna and steam rooms, access to fitness classes and personal training at special booking rates, three pools, a hot tub, as well as our tennis courts and pickleball courts at special booking rates; access to the private Watersound Beach Club® amenities, located offsite, which includes towel service, daily beach chairs and umbrellas, and use of the 2 pools; and access to three private golf courses: Shark’s Tooth, The Third, and Camp Creek® Golf Course (green fees apply).

 

Age Requirements

No reservations will be made to individuals under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to forfeiture of advance deposit. Further, the party will either not be permitted to check in or will be asked to vacate the property.

 

Baby Crib Rentals

A limited number of Pack 'N Play® playards are available to rent on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that any applicable fees for Pack 'N Play® rentals will be applied manually after your reservation is received, which may result in a processing delay of approximately one (1) business day.

 

Pets

Pets are prohibited at Camp Creek Inn with the exception of licensed service dogs. Failure to follow pet policies will result in a minimum $250 charge for additional housekeeping and/or damages. Pets are not to be left unattended in the room at any time and must be on a leash while in public areas. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets in all outdoor areas. 

 

Smoking

Smoking is prohibited in Camp Creek Inn. Failure to follow the smoking policy will result in a minimum $250 charge for additional housekeeping and/or damages.

 

Club & Resort Policies

Camp Creek Inn guests must adhere to the following policies at all times when present at any on-site amenities or other Watersound Club® facilities.

 

General Conduct & Courtesy

Be respectful of other guests and Members at all times; loud or offensive language isn’t permitted.

Follow staff instructions; certain areas or amenities may close temporarily for maintenance, events, or weather.

Comply with all posted signs and local laws (especially for alcohol service and beach safety).

Outside food & beverages and private coolers are not permitted anywhere on Club facilities.

Smoking/vaping only in designated areas.

Phones and devices: set to silent; use headphones for audio.

Pets are not permitted, except approved service animals and only where allowed.

Firearms, fireworks, and drones are not permitted on Club property.

Please drive cautiously and park only in designated spaces.

Adults are responsible for the conduct and safety of the minors in their care.

Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times across all venues.

All guests must follow all dress codes and etiquette standards listed below.

 

 

Golf

 

Etiquette & Pace of Play

Begin on #1 tee unless directed by golf staff; no cutting in or practicing on the course.

Keep pace—an 18-hole round should finish in ~4 hours 20 minutes. Allow faster groups to play through when asked.

Repair ball marks, rake bunkers, and fill divots with sand.

Obey all “course closed” or “cart path only” notices and evacuate if lightning is indicated.

 

Attire (mandatory)

Men

Collared or mock-neck shirts with sleeves; golf slacks or golf shorts no more than ~4" above the knee.
Not allowed: tank tops, T-shirts, denim, cut-offs, gym shorts, sweatpants, swimwear.

Women

Golf shirts; dresses, skirts, skorts, slacks, or golf shorts no more than ~4" above the knee.
Not allowed: halter tops, tank tops, T-shirts, denim, cut-offs, sweatpants, swimwear.

Footwear

Soft-spike or spikeless golf shoes required.
 

Carts & Coolers

Follow cart-path rules and signage; never drive through hazards or near tees/greens.

Drivers must be 16+ with a valid license/permit (learners must be with an adult).

Max two riders and two bags per cart.

No outside coolers; Club-supplied coolers only.

 

Practice Facilities

Use practice balls only on the range or designated areas.

Proper golf attire required on the range and practice greens.

 

Tennis & Pickleball

 

Court reservations may be required; check in at the racquet center pro shop when open.

Play is generally limited to 75 minutes for singles and 90 minutes for doubles when others are waiting.

Proper tennis/pickleball attire and court shoes required.

Not allowed: graphic T-shirts, undershirts, cut-offs, denim, swimwear.

No glass on or near courts; no skateboards, bikes, or similar items on courts.

Maintain good etiquette—no racquet/paddle throwing, profanity, or excessive noise.

 

 

Pools, Waterslide, Cabanas 

 

General Pool Rules

Swim at your own risk and only during posted hours; pools may close for weather or maintenance.

Shower before entering pools.

Children 12 and under must be actively supervised by an adult; non-swimmers must remain within arm’s reach.

Only snug, waterproof swim diapers are permitted for children who are not toilet trained.

No glass, outside food & beverage, or coolers in pool areas. Poolside food and beverage service is available from Bark ‘N Brine.

Family-friendly swimwear is required; cover-ups and shoes are required outside pool areas.

Use headphones for any audio; no speakers.

No running, rough play, diving, or throwing objects.

Reserve chairs only while present; items may be removed after 30 minutes of absence.

Lazy river: inner tubes are required; other flotation devices and most toys are not permitted.
 

Waterslide

Operates only when an attendant is present; may close for safety/maintenance.

Riders must be at least 48" tall, able to swim, and under 300 lbs.

One rider at a time; feet-first, on your back, arms crossed.

Proper swimwear only—no metal rivets, zippers, or jewelry. No tubes, mats, or life jackets on the slide.
 

Adult Lap Pool & Cabanas

Adult lap pool is for ages 21+; 30-minute limit per lane when others are waiting.

Cabanas (21+) are reservable in set time blocks; maintain a quiet environment and use headphones only.

No outside food & beverage or coolers in cabanas.

 

 

Wellness Center

Use at your own risk; follow posted instructions and staff guidance.

Proper workout attire and closed-toe athletic shoes required; no swimwear, denim, flip-flops, or spiked golf shoes.

Bring only water/sports drinks in non-spill containers; no food, smoking, or alcohol.

Wipe down equipment after use and return weights to racks.

30-minute limit on cardio machines when others are waiting.

Keep phones on silent; take calls briefly and away from others if possible.

 

Minors

15–17 may use facilities unsupervised only if they’ve completed the Junior Fitness Certification (JFC).

12–14 may use facilities with a parent/guardian or Club-approved trainer after JFC.

11 and under may not use the Wellness Center (except under direct instruction by a Club-approved trainer).

 

 

Private Beach

Swim at your own risk; no lifeguards on duty. Obey beach flag warnings and local ordinances.

Family-friendly swimwear is required; cover-ups and shoes are required outside pool areas.

Stay off dunes and do not disturb dune vegetation or wildlife; this is strictly enforced.

No glass on the beach; pack out all trash.

No campfires, camping, or removal of beach sand.

Tents/shelters may be limited by local ordinance; fully enclosed tents are not allowed.

Dogs on the beach are strictly regulated by county permit and hours; service animals excepted.

Keep audio at a level that cannot be heard 100 feet away; use headphones when possible.

 

 

Food & Beverage

All food & beverage consumed at Club venues must be purchased on property (no outside catering, food, or drinks).

Gratuity may be automatically added to checks per Club policy.
 

 

Safety, Property & Liability

Use all facilities, equipment, and golf carts at your own risk.

Report accidents or unsafe conditions to staff immediately.

Please treat Club property with care; costs for damage may be charged to the responsible guest.
 

 

Changes to Policies

Guidelines may be updated or waived for certain events or at the Club Operator’s discretion. Always follow posted rules and staff direction.

 

Dress Code | Quick Reference Guide

Camp Creek Inn maintains a refined, family-friendly environment where guests are expected to dress appropriately for each activity. Attire should always be neat, clean, and in keeping with the standards of a private club. When uncertain, a member of our professional staff would be happy to assist you.

Gentlemen: Collared or mock-neck shirts with sleeves; golf slacks or golf shorts (approx. ≤4" above knee).

 

Ladies: Golf shirts; golf dresses, skirts/skorts, slacks, or golf shorts (approx. ≤4" above knee).

 

Shoes: Soft-spike or spikeless golf shoes.

 

Not permitted: Denim, T-shirts/tank tops, cut-offs, sweatpants, gym shorts, swimwear

 

Gentlemen: Collared shirts, athletic tops, pants, and shorts designed specifically for racquet sports.

 

Ladies: Tennis dresses, skirts, shorts, and athletic tops designed specifically for racquet sports.

 

Shoes: Non-marking court shoes.

 

Not permitted: Graphic T-shirts/undershirts, denim, cut-offs, swimwear, street shoes, sandals.

Pools & Private Beach: All swimmers must wear bona fide swimming attire that is appropriate for a family friendly environment. Cut-offs, men’s and women’s thong swimsuits, and men’s brief, tight swimming trunks and other clothing items as directed by the Club Operator from time to time are not considered bona fide appropriate swimwear. Proper non-swim attire is required at all times when outside of the swimming pool and beach areas. Shoes or other foot coverings and caftans or shirts must be worn outside the swimming pool and beach areas.

Waterslide: No metal zippers, rivets, or jewelry. 

Required: Athletic tops and bottoms (e.g., tees, tanks, leggings, gym shorts, sweats); closed-toe athletic shoes.
 

Not permitted: Swimwear, denim, flip-flops/sandals, spiked golf shoes, overly revealing or unsafe attire.

Daytime (before 4 PM)

Smart resort casual (collared shirts or polished tops; shorts, skirts/skorts, dresses, or slacks).

Hats worn indoors during the daytime must be worn forward facing at all times.

 

Evening (after 4 PM)

Elevated resort casual (collared shirts or refined tops; slacks or dress shorts/skirts; casual dresses).

Baseball caps, visors, and other athletic headwear is not permitted inside the clubhouses or dining venues in the evening.

 

Not permitted indoors at any time: Swimwear, cover-ups as primary attire, torn or excessively distressed clothing, offensive graphics.
