Camp Creek® Golf Course

Host your tournament on a tour-style course designed by Tom Fazio, offering a polished, championship-caliber experience that’s sure to impress your supporters.

Frequently Asked Questions

All three of our world-class courses—Camp Creek Golf Course, Shark’s Tooth, and The Third—are available on a limited basis, depending on availability and scheduled closures.

Courses are available only on specific days they are closed to Club Members:

  • Camp Creek Golf Course: Mondays
  • Shark’s Tooth: Tuesdays
  • The Third: Wednesdays
  • $100 per player (minimum of 72 golfers)
  • 25% deposit required to secure your date
  • Minimum: 72 players ($7,200 minimum). Billing is based on a minimum of 72 players, even if fewer participate.
  • Maximum: 120 players (30 teams). Need more? Ask about the option to host two shotgun starts to accommodate larger groups.

We recommend booking at least 6 months in advance due to limited date availability.

Cancellation terms will be outlined in your contract. Contact us for details.

  • Shotgun starts may begin any time after 9:00 AM
  • Registration and breakfast can begin as early as 6:30 AM

Yes. Hole signs, banners, and sponsor signage are welcome on the course during your tournament. Please ensure you bring all necessary materials for installation, such as zip ties, yard sign stakes, or other mounting tools.

 

Any signage displaying the Watersound Club logo needs prior approval from our marketing team.

Consider Golf Genius scoring, Closest to the Hole, Longest Drive, Putting Contests, and more to add excitement and engagement to your event. Additionally, we can help your organization with sourcing trophies, awards, tee gifts, etc., at preferred price points.

We’ll staff golf operations, but your organization must provide volunteers for check-in, photography, etc.

Yes. We’ll help identify the best placement and provide event photography guidelines.

Yes. Limited sets are available for $75 per set (Callaway). Includes 2 sleeves of balls. Please confirm needs at least one day before the event.

Proper golf attire is required as outlined below:

Gentlemen: Shirts with collars and sleeves, mock neck shirts with sleeves, slacks and golf shorts up to four inches above the knee are considered appropriate attire. Tank tops, tee shirts, fishnet tops, cut-offs, sweatpants, jeans, bathing suits, gym shorts, or other athletic shorts more than four inches above the knee are not permitted.
Ladies: Dresses, skirts, slacks and golf shorts up to four inches above the knee and golf shirts are considered appropriate attire. Halter tops, tank tops, tee shirts, fishnet tops, cut-offs, bathing suits, sweatpants, jeans or short shorts are not permitted.
Shoes: The use of soft spikes or other spikeless golf shoes are required on the golf facilities. Use of shoes other than soft spikes or spikeless golf shoes must be approved by the golf shop.

No. All food and beverage must be purchased through the Club, whether by the hosting organization, sponsors, or individual golfers. A catering menu will be provided upon request.

Yes—with prior approval from our marketing team. All marketing materials must be submitted for review.

Access depends on the specific course, event needs, and contract terms. We’ll work with you to determine what’s needed for a successful event.

Yes, we’ll have beverage carts circulating the course throughout the day to keep your players refreshed.

No. However, your tournament will be listed on our tournament calendar.

Yes! Camp Creek Inn may offer a special discounted rate code to tournament participants based on availability. Inquire early for best options.
