Photo/Video Policy

Whether you're planning a professional photo shoot, video production, or branded content session, advance approval is required for photography and videography at Camp Creek Inn and associated amenities. Please review the information below and submit the request form with details about your proposed shoot. Each request will be reviewed to ensure the production can be accommodated while protecting the privacy, comfort, and experience of our guests and members.

Photography & Videography Request

Camp Creek Inn welcomes requests for professional photography and videography that can be accommodated without disrupting our guests, Club Members, or normal property operations.

 

Advance written approval is required for all professional, commercial, promotional, editorial, staged, or production photography and videography taking place at Camp Creek Inn or its associated amenities. This includes professional portrait and lifestyle sessions, brand and corporate content, social media content, advertising, product photography, film and video production, and other content intended for commercial or promotional use.

 

Please complete the request form below with as much detail as possible, including your proposed date and time, requested location(s), purpose of the shoot, intended use of the photography or footage, number of participants or crew members, and equipment you plan to use.

 

 

Important Information

Submission of this form does not constitute approval or guarantee access to Camp Creek Inn or any Watersound Club facility or amenity. Each request is reviewed individually and may be subject to specific requirements or restrictions related to scheduling, locations, equipment, crew size, guest and Member privacy, brand representation, insurance, and other production considerations.

 

If approved, you will receive written confirmation outlining the authorized date, time, location(s), and any applicable conditions before your shoot. Approval applies only to the specific request submitted and does not grant ongoing access or permission for future photography or videography.

 

Do not arrive onsite for a professional or commercial photo or video shoot without prior written approval. Hiring a professional photographer or videographer does not independently grant access to Camp Creek Inn or Watersound Club amenities.

This form is intended only for professional photography and videography shoots seeking to take place at Camp Creek Inn or its associated amenities.

Media visits, editorial stays, influencer collaborations, and other press or content creator requests should not be submitted through this form.

Please submit those requests through the St. Joe Experiences Media Visit Request form for consideration.
